About

Miss Zaynab

Zaynab is a multidisciplinary artist, creative strategist, and technologist born in Trinidad and raised in New Jersey. Her work is deeply informed by movement, identity, and the pursuit of safety—both internally and within community.

She began her artistic practice in 2021, initially working with abstract forms as a means of emotional exploration and reflection. In March 2025, following her reversion to Islam, her work evolved to incorporate faith, spirituality, and sacred symbolism—marking a shift toward more intentional, contemplative storytelling.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a minor in Mathematics and Social Justice, and a Master’s degree in the Business of Fashion, Zaynab bridges analytical thinking with emotional intelligence, creating work that is both structured and deeply human.

In 2022, she founded SAFE, a creative brand rooted in mental health awareness, safe spaces, and intentional design. Drawing inspiration from London’s art, fashion, and cultural landscape, her work explores resilience, survival, and self-definition through visual art, fashion, and digital education.

At the core of everything she creates is a commitment to mental health, community care, and building spaces where people feel seen, protected, and empowered.
